Head over to The Pasta Shop at #01-48 and be prepared to indulge your palate! Brought to you by the people from Sakae Sushi, you'll be spolit for choice and pampered in the cozy setting that makes The Pasta Shop so unique at Tiong Bahru Plaza. Nestled between the Plaza and the office building, the clash of these two culinary cultures never sounded so delicious. Amongst the many pastas to savour, try their Buta No Kakuni (Okinawan Braised Pork). This little nibble will get your heart pumping as the tomato sauce gives your palate an exciting tingle feel, anymore tingle and you'll be having Japanese fugu. This dish is a labour of love that could come from grandma's own secret recipe book. Okinawans are closely linked to China, so don't be surprised to find bitter gourd infused into this delicious combination. The dish is also fried with eggs to give that creamy flavour so beloved by Singaporeans. So what are you waiting for? Head down to The Pasta Shop now!
