5:00 PM what can i say .. we practised hard and yet in the end they didn't even bother to listen to us .. foiled by technology -_- .. spent so many days rehearsing and editing .. oh well .. it's over .. [ ger & ang : hey .. i don't know what to say to cheer myself up let alone you guys .. but i guess it's really our own fault for not printing the paper but then -_- .. anyway it's finally over .. we shan't cry over spilled milk :) we had fun , arguements , stress and many other things over the past one year but i hope it's worth in the end .. ] [ Father Lord , i pray that whatever you do , PLEASE let them have nothing less than an A !! i don't care about my marks but Father you have to get them that A no matter what .. they worked harder than me and they really deserve that A .. just because the presentation failed doesn't mean they shouldn't get any lesser !! please Father :( ] Tuesday, January 13, 2009

7:01 PM saw you the first time but you didn't see me .. i didn't say hi to you because i thought you would walk over to my booth .. you didn't .. saw you a second time and this time you were very near my booth so i didn't say hi again .. who knew you would just walk out of the door and not come over to the food technology side .. finally when i had given up looking for you .. there you were walking down the steps with your friend in tow .. i thought that God must want me to meet you that's why He put so many chances in front of me .. i stared and finally ran after you to tap you on the arm .. i'm not sure if you recognised me or if you even knew me anymore but i'm proud of myself that i could go up to you and smile to you .. just hope that you're doing well and may i add that you look wonderful in that dress :) .. working on the same shift as you today .. those feelings didn't come back until some moment during the day but i don't remember when and why .. i guess it was when they started talking about you that the pangs returned .. do you have someone you liked ? do you have a boyfriend ? they asked and i had no choice but to laugh along with them .. but inside i was feeling weird .. i couldn't really hear what you were talking about with marilyn , jing and chingyee but somehow i could feel it .. i stood a distance away and absorbed myself into the surroundings not wanting to hear anything .. not wanting to say anything .. i really wanted to know but i asked myself whether that knowledge would really help or break me .. God help me .. help me forget these feelings .. Jesus lend me your strength of forgiveness .. Holy Spirit guide me to learn to love God more and not to dwell on the matters of the heart anymore .. i do not want to hurt myself with these wrong feelings anymore .. forgive me God for letting these feelings come rushing back .. i am not strong enough ..
6:26 PM woots spinnovex is finally over for me !! XD been helping yuqin's, marilyn's and siewling's group since yesterday .. walked all around the open house and spinnovex and saw many many interesting projects :) hmm seems cls doesn't have much of a crowd today as compared to yesterday ? weird .. science really so boring ? XD .. anyway i had fun being with everyone just talking and laughing :) caught up with cyntalia too !! met her yesterday but didn't really talk much due to time constraint but today went to her booth and watched her friends bully her in monopoly XD i'm really tired now but i havta go out to karaoke later with my colleagues !! hope i don't fall asleep -_- .. 11:00 PM i remember this song .. i remember sitting on peien's floor .. i remember hearing peien strumming on the guitar .. i remember hearing peien's voice louder than any of us .. i remember closing my eyes .. i remember singing out loud to it .. i remember smiling to myself .. i remember His presence washing over me .. i remember my eyes tearing .. i remember all this but i also remember what it feels like in N194 :) it's been one year since i started coming to church and i've made so many good friends .. 2008 has been a roller coaster of feelings for me mostly due to my past haunting me time and time again .. but it's a new year and i've let Jesus take away my hurts :) moving on ~

12:20 PM ok i know i've been missing a LOOOOOOONG time and blog's collecting dust again XD dec 13 - dec 23 i can't really remember what EXACTLY i did but in summary it's anime, eat, sleep, work, church XD i have but a miserable life ~ dec 24 christmas eve !! brought my brother to church and he got saved !! woohoo !! oh man the drama was FUNNY XD laugh until cry lah haha .. got a box of sweets from jingmin, a packet of snacks from suatwei and a candy cane from evans :) went home for christmas dinner delicious ~ dec 25 mum's side family came to our house to celebrate christmas !! we ate, we talked, we played monopoly [ i'm third !! XD ] and we exchanged presents !! i got my thrid installment of Christopher Paolini's book "BRISINGR", a necklace with an S on it, a notebook and a 2gb thumbdrive !! i love it all ~ dec 26 limin invited me to her colleague's church group christmas party XD and i didn't realise they were christians until i got there [ changi fairy point ! so far ! ] got that same feeling when i'm with N194 XD [ shows that both out churchs quite similar HAHA ] anyway i had fun, i made more friends [ though i doubt i'll be able to see them again XD ] and we played some STIMULATING games haha .. exchanged gifts and i got a pooh bear cup :) dec 27 mr ho's bbq !! oh he's so good to us haha .. we ate so many things but i think my favourites were the shiitake mushrooms and baby octupus and salmon !! ah i'm getting hungry again ~ first time i drank so much alcohol and didn't get drunk .. no idea what i drank but i remember one was bailey's .. apparently i SUCK at the hand guessing game and kept losing to angyi !! tsk tsk .. gift exchange and i got a piggy bank from chengpeng !! haha time i changed my piggy bank anyway XD also got souveniers from liling, limin and chingyee woots !! thanks geraldine for your bracelet [ a tad too big but i'll find a way haha XD ]  dec 29 school reopen !! tsk -_- stupid principal .. that one more week of holidays also don't give .. the only school to be open this week i can bet .. dec 30 HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANGYI !! dec 31 N194 appreciation night !! glam masquerade was the theme so i had to go holland village to get masks for myself , suatwei and mingli .. bought my mortal's gift but then he never go -_- we played games after games and for the finding word game my group won !! woots ~ got two packets of hello panda XD .. had a fashion parade, a song by siying and caleb, buffet .. best dressed guy was mingwei, best dressed girl was siying, servanthood award jingmin and most inspirational zen :) congrats guys haha .. took lots of photos and i got a bear necklace from my angel !! awww so cute !! went down to TPS after the thing ended .. and first time i had countdown outside HAHA no life tsk tsk .. went to lao pa sat to have supper and out table was super long haha .. never seen so many plates of food in my life and there was so much leftover !! it was fun celebrating with them and i drank again -_- sparkling wine, white champagne and martini [ i must admit i like the martini mixed with sprite XD ] lucky dad haven't sleep so i got a free ride home ~ HAPPY NEW YEAR !! HAPPY BIRTHDAY WANXIU !! hmm that's all bah nothing much to say but i have homework i haven't finished !! lalalala ~ photos update later due to the fact that i don't have them :s |
