1. real forgiveness is unconditional
2. forgiveness doesn't minimise the seriousness of the offence
3. forgiveness isn't resuming a relationship without change
4. forgiveness isn't forgetting what happened
5. forgiveness isn't your right when you weren't the one hurt

the four ways to forgiving others and for God to forgive me:

1. give up your right to get even
2. set boundaries
3. respond to evil with good
4. repeating these steps as long as necessary

from the Bible, Romans 12:19 "Beloved, do not look for revenge but leave room for the wrath; for it is written, "Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord." .. i think i found out why i don't feel sad or angry anymore because unkowingly i have forgiven the person who hurt me :) ..
